Invictus was established to ensure individuals and organisations have effective support and counsel when facing public pressure and modern 'cancel culture' campaigns.

In 2018, our Director watched an associate - an outspoken but principled young man - endure a sustained and unbalanced public campaign across media platforms without the resources to protect his standing. Social media messages from the targeted individual confirmed this negative, politically motivated press and social media pile-on, alongside a Family Court battle, was a deciding factor in his eventual suicide.
